Do you like piña coladas? If so, you’re in luck!
Calgary-based wine and liquor shop Vine Styles shared this tasty tiki cocktail recipe that uses Kōloa coconut rum to make a piña colada worthy of being a patio (or beach) staple all summer long. Vine Styles gave me permission to share the recipe below.
Here is the Kōloa coconut rum piña colada recipe.
- 8 chunks of pineapple
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 50 ml Kōloa Coconut Rum
- 50 ml pineapple juice
Combine all ingredients (except the garnish) in a blender, blend on high until smooth, add 1-1/2 cups more ice, blend again. Pour into glasses, garnish and dream of the beach!

Everything you could hope for in a blended tropical treat! The Kōloa coconut rum is perfectly sweet without being cloying, all that’s missing is our toes in the sand…
