The app gives customers the ability to browse flyers, scan barcodes, create a list of favourite items and get “Rollback” alerts. In Toronto and Ottawa customers can also use the app to book a time to pick-up online grocery orders.
“We’re always looking for ways to enhance our customers’ shopping experience,” Rick Neuman, executive vice president of technology and e-commerce at Walmart Canada, said in a statement. “The Walmart app saves customers time and money and provides better access to products while at home or on the go.”
