Paul Watson has dedicated his entire life to fighting the illegal practices happening within the whaling industry. It’s an endless battle that he’ll do anything to stop (even if it means putting himself and his crew in danger). Eco-Pirate: The Story of Paul Watson is Trish Dolman’s gripping documentary demonstrating Watson’s passion to save the whales while also taking a closer look at his personal life and what makes him tick.

bamcat.com spoke with Dolman about how the documentary came to be, what her thoughts on the whaling industry are, and what she hopes people will get out of her film. Listen to our audio interview below (10:14).
